Clive Scherer is the Owner of SDK Expeditions and has over 25 years, teaching watersports across the world.
A Working for top resorts and skippering boats across the globe running his own kite/surf/dive centres. Clive has a wealth of experience, local knowledge and a bunch of great travel stories to make any trip very special.
Specializing in designing Expeditions for high profile guests and leading these expeditions From Africa to Seychelles, Maldives, Brazil, Peru, Europe, Indo, Mentawai’s, Costa Rica, Fiji, Caribbean and many more.
Few people can match Felippe’s knowledge of “secret” surf spots and his teaching skills.
A highly respected figure in surf and surf travel globally.He has been creating bespoke trips for VIP’s in the Ultra Luxury market for over 20 years and has a knowledge of the ocean and the globe that make him and his company very special.

Pile is an exceptional talent on any board whether surf, kite, foil or wing. His achievements speak of his level of riding. As a coach and instructor Pile is one of the best. His technique and dedication to the student is like his riding- first class.
Pile has over 20 years experience travelling to some of the best locations for wind and waves and knows all the secret spots. Especially towards Europe, Brazil, South America and Cape Town. He has extensive local knowledge and is also one of the coolest and fun people you will ever meet.
A beter waterman and surf guide you will not find. Oh-ye from Indonesia has trained the Olympic kitesurf foil team. He is also the water safety trainer for many Indonesian 5 star resorts. An expert spearfisherman, surfer, kiter, foiler, one of the best jetski drivers in the surf anywhere in the world and more connected in Indonesia than almost anyone. Oh-ye will blow you away with his ocean knowledge and his big smile.
Travis Holthauzen is an incredible surfer, kitesurf and lifelong ocean man. He has been part of the Survivor reality TV show watersports safety team for over 15 years. A real South African with a big heart and very knowledgeable on the ocean and ocean safety.
Donna Scherer is part women part fish. A PADI master Scuba dive instructor for 17 years, she has many fishy stories to tell. Also a professional photographer. Her work has featured in several magazines. She rips on a SUP surfboard, and is an ISA SUP and surf instructor for over 10 years. Very experienced in all things liquid. Her passion is to help people be the best they can be, overcome their fears and enjoy the ocean.
